Cristi & Mirela Petricioiu are a Romanian national couple training local churches at a national and denominational level and translating, contextualizing and publishing books and training materials.
Damaso Haro is a pastor at Las Flores Church in Mexico. He serves with Hands of Mercy to train pastors to plant churches throughout the area. He screens and selects those who receive the Loft Houses that Valley Christian Fellowship builds each year for needy families in Mexico.
Steve and Leslie Boal
The Boal family are currently serving in North Clare, Ireland, where they are pastoring a church plant, in an area previously without an evangelical church. They live in the seaside village of Lahinch, while the church leases premises in the neighboring village of Ennistymon.

Andy & Amy-Joy Scalas
Papa New Guinea
Andy and Amy-Joy Scalas serve as leaders in the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Discipleship Training Schools in Australia. They lead outreach group in Australia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. They also head up a Staff Care Program for training and mentoring YWAM staff. Andy grew up at VCF and served on our youth ministry staff. He met his wife Amy-Joy while serving in Australia.
Jordan & Emily Droge
The Droges direct the Young Life ministry in the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Maria, and Lompoc areas. Young Life provides a fun and nurturing environment for unchurched teens in America to get to know Christ through friendships, clubs, camps and discipleship groups. Jordan and Emily Droge actively served at VCF for serveral years.
Chris Marshall is the Western Vice President of Kids Around the World. Chris gathers American believers to build playgrounds around the world to give hope to children in disaster areas and to open doors for local churches to advance the gospel. They often donate playgrounds to third world communities to give Christianity a foothold in the area and open opportunities for local churches to advance the gospel. While building the playgrounds they gain permission to train nationals to teach children about Christ. They are also involved with producing HIV/AIDS lessons for young children and sending nutritional food packets to needy communities. Chris is Pastor Jay and Suzanne Marshall's son.
John & Mary Jauchen
John & Mary Jauchen are the head of Help for Christian Nationals based in Texas which trains national pastors and Christian workers to teach the Word using the Thompson Chain Reference Bible as a primary resource. John also presents workshops in South America, Latin America and the Philippines for grassroots leaders with little formal training.
Sports Outreach Institute
Sports Outreach Institute trains committed Christian national leaders to use sports ministries to spread the Gospel and minister to the poorest of the poor in practical, sustainable and burden lifting programs in Uganda. They provide vocational training, micro-financed business opportunities, educational assistance, feeding programs, and daycare programs for children. Evangelism, discipleship and church planting are at the heart of their ministry.
Hands of Mercy / Mexico House Building
Hands of Mercy ministers to the poor in Mexico by encouraging stateside churches to help them build unique loft houses for the needy. They work with local churches and pastors to determine the recipients and thus become an outreach of the national church as well. VCF works with Hands of Mercy to build two loft houses in Mexico each year.
Compassion International invites individuals to sponsor needy children around the world so they can have adequate nutrition, education and an opportunity to hear the Gospel and be discipled. Valley Christian Fellowship has sponsored several children for over ten years. One from Rwanda is named Mugabe. He is now 20 years old and graduating from High School.
