Velocity is the Junior High Movement of VCF that has been engaging youth here in the Valley for the past 11 years. The leaders behind Velocity are a coalition of committed parents, high school volunteers, college students, and a interim youth pastor Jeremy Bolton and his wife Lindsey. They have a Sunday School that meets during our worship service. They also meet on Friday nights from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at 1623 Mission Drive Suite #4, Solvang (brick Par building next to Subway) for a program that includes team-building competition, small group discussion, and great contemporary music, all followed by a challenging teaching time that students can draw from throughout their week. Dedicated leaders do whatever it takes to make a difference in these young lives. Within this nurturing environment, friendships can grow and deepen.
